Delicious with lashings of butter or topped with cream cheese keto-friendly icing, this bread is the ultimate “feel good” snack!
Just add 1 TBSP butter (or any oil) and 1 large egg (room temperature is best) to our dry mix in a mug or ramekin – zap in the microwave for 90 secs (microwaves vary so between 60-90 secs) slice and eat. Moist, convenient, and delicious! Makes 4 slices. Light, fluffy, and naturally gluten-free.
Serving Suggestions: Replace butter with cream cheese or, top with cream cheese keto-friendly icing, berries or eat entirely on its own!
MAKE DONUTS! Use 2-3 silicon doughnut moulds, (optional add 1 TBSP of cream cheese to the mix) bake 60-90 sec in the microwave then roll in cinnamon and keto sugar! DONUTS TO DIE FOR!
Note: if you only have smaller size eggs add one TBSP of plant-based milk or cream. See back of the packet for oven instructions in lieu of microwaving.
